Hour 1:

Stride Mechanics

  • Power skating
  • Stride length
  • Edges
  • Agility
  • Explosiveness/Speed

Hour 2:

Skills

  • Puck control (stick handling, deception, puck protection)
  • Transitions with pucks (tight turns, pivots, escapes)
  • Shooting
  • Stations
