About The Event
CAMP ITINERARY
8:00-9:00am – Drop off/Dress for on ice
9:00am-11:00am – On ice Session 1
Hour 1:
Stride Mechanics/ Power skating/Stride length/Edges/Agility/Explosiveness/Speed
Hour 2:
Skills/Puck control/Transitions with pucks (tight turns, pivots, escapes)/Shooting
11:00am-11:45am – Change/Lunch
11:45am-1:30pm – Outdoor Sports
· Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, Handball, etc
· Low Organizational Team Building Activities
1:30pm-2:00pm - Dress for On ice
2:00pm-3:00pm – On ice Session 2
· Small Area Puck Battles
· Game Situation drills
· Scrimmage
3:00pm-4:00pm – Change/pick up
NOTES
- Lunch and snacks are not included please provide for your child (NO NUTS)
- Please provide sunscreen as players will be going outside
- Late pick up (after 4:00 is available) please inquire about additional charges
- Players must have running shoes
